The Guitar Shop was started in 2012 by Brad Wegner for no other reason but a love of Music. The goal is to keep the small, personal, Mom and Pop type Music store a part of the community with students of all ages discovering the relaxing and rewarding feeling playing a musical instrument brings. We offer a place where you can come hang out and talk music and make memories.
Guitar
Many self taught guitar players just don't know what they should be learning. Some do have well defined goals and that is great, but too often guitar players don't understand the best strategies for achieving musical goals. Good guitar teachers can spot weaknesses that need improving and bad habits that must be corrected.
Piano
I believe a music education is an integral part of a quality education, just like reading, writing, and arithmetic. And because of its very nature, piano happens to be one of the best ways for a child to gain that music education. Basic theory, chord and scale concepts, and music reading are so much easier to learn and understand on the piano.
Piano lessons, for many, isn't the end of the road. It's just the beginning. Piano lessons are the foundation for the study of almost any other instrument in existence.
Vocal
Our Vocal Studio offers professional voice lessons in Rosemount Minnesota. Matt Sieberg specializes in vocal training using special techniques of vocal development. Our Vocal instruction techniques help improve your range, endurance, stamina, breath-control, resonance, vocal strength and vocal quality. Learning to to sing properly will allow singers of all styles of music to perform without fatigue or damage to the voice.
