The Guitar Shop offers Lessons with choices of full theory with reading music as well as a more casual learning by ear approach. The Guitar Shop strives to be a family owned music store where customer service and friendly staff is first priority.

Our Music Instructors have been sharing t heir knowledge and teaching music for hundreds of students. You will not find a more professional, casual group to work with than The Guitar Shop’s staff of Teachers!
The Future Sounds Good
Started in April of 2012, The Guitar Shop has been a local, small town Music store catering to the musicians and would be musicians in the southeast metro area of Minneapolis and St Paul. We look forward to growing with the surrounding communities and spreading music for years to come!

Founder’s Notes
I started this store after years of playing Guitar and performing in local bands. After a Family tradigy in 2007, I gave up the Corperate job and attended Luthier School to learn Guitar repair and The Guitar Shop is the end product of that dream! I thank all that have supported us in the past and look forward to meeting more music lovers in t he future!
